Any comments or observations?
I can totally relate to your post. I have had issues with a very high amount of inflammation in my body, due to injuries I have had in my life. Sadly it can really affect every single thing that you do in your day and life. Getting a handle on your bodies inflammation is super important.
My doctor once told me that inflammation is the root of all evil in your body and that most of it starts in the gut. So reading your post, really does say that what we put into our body, can really impact the outcome. I knew that blueberries and garlic were good, but I didn’t realize salmon was a big one. I will have to work on that, as salmon is really not my favourite thing, but I’ll work on that.
Thanks for the great information.
I very much appreciate your contributions to this article Coralie. Perhaps you can find different ways of cooking salmon so you can learn to enjoy it more.
As a coincidence, at the very time I was working on this article, my wife was preparing to cook salmon for supper! Do you suppose the fact we have been together for almost forty years, has anything to do with our thinking alike?

Hi! I appreciate this list of natural ways to relieve pain. I was surprised to see blueberries and garlic here on this list. I love them both and I didn’t know they could also be used against arthritis.
One of the things I did know but hadn’t been practicing very much is to exercise and keep our joins in movement. Thanks for the encouragement to exercise. Once in a while we need a push to do the things we know we should be doing!
Yes Henry, I agree that it is often not easy to convince ourselves to do some of the things we know we should do. Thanks for the observations.
