  1. Excellent article! Heart disease is rampant in America, and part of the problem is the high fat, salt laden fast food we consume. Add lack of exercise, and we have heart problems waiting to happen. My husband is a cardiac patient and we have tried to implement the same suggestions you offer here. Thanks for the info and I hope more people will make the effort to change their diets and habits.
