  1. Thank you for this great article. A fitness goal tracker will be very helpful. I recently started writing down my weight lifting workouts as weight x reps each time and it helps to see what I did last time and see if I can increase it the next time. I have seen that by doing this I can confidently add a bit of weight or reps each time. It’s also important to focus on quality in addition to quantity. 

    For example, if you were doing curls with 30 x 10 but then you changed your form and now you do 20 x 10 at the same difficulty level, look at the qualitative change. Its important to balance both the quality and the quantity aspects of how you’re doing.
